One Door, Two Can Decorative Metal Trash and Recycling Bin Enclosures

Bearicuda Bins always brings new and innovative Bear Proof products to market. Our new bear-resistant enclosure as well as an original recycling center, created to keep hungry, curious bears, primarily grizzlies and black bears, out of garbage, while at the same time maintaining easy accessibility of waste disposal by humans.

The Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee, in conjunction with the Living with Wildlife Federation, tested the cans at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone, Montana in October, 2012. To be considered strong enough to withstand a bear's scrutiny, the bins must survive 60-70 minutes of curious pawing by a bear.

Even Kobuck the Destroyer, a very clever grizzly who has proven that he can turn his wrist around into a supine position to open latches, and his buddy, Sam the 1100 pound Kodiak, couldn't figure out how to get inside! Both the individual can and the recycling units passed as free standing units without having to be bolted down into cement.

We are familiar with adverse weather. All Jackson Peak cans and recycling centers have angled tops so that snow and rain will run off easily. They are easy to open and use, and are handicapped-accessible.

This Single Door holds up to Two 32 Gallon Trash cans with 1 front service door.

The dimensions for this two can bear recycling enclosure is 49" W x 24.5" D x 49"H and a Service Door opening of 45" W x 28.75" H and includes Paddle Latches on both chute style openings.

Unique, custom-made artwork is designed individually with each customer in mind and placed on up to two front doors. The dimensions of the scene for the recycling center ENC802 are 40" x 24", on main front door.
