BEARICUDA MANUFACTURNG WARRANTY – DUMPSTERS, FOOD STORAGE LOCKERS, ENCLOSURES – BEAR RESISTANT

Bearicuda warrants its dumpsters, enclosures, food storage lockers, and all other products of its manufacture against operational failure caused by defective workmanship as it specifically pertains to weld integrity and powder coat adherence, which occur during normal use, wear and tear within twelve months from date of shipment from our factory. (Scratches not warranty, will break powder coat bond)

BEARICUDA MANUFACTURNG WARRANTY WOODEN ENCLOSURES

Bearicuda warrants its wooden enclosures for a period of 3 months from the date of order. This includes our Aspen, Canterbury, Manchester, New Englander, Sag Harbor and Secret Potter Collections. If a wooden enclosure has a manufacturing defect this will show upon First use or within 14 days of 99% of failures. It is rare that one of our wooden enclosures will have a defect after a 3-month period. Any issue after this time period is normally caused by excessive wear and tear, improper use, weather related event or damage caused by animals and Bearicuda will not warranty such events and damages to an enclosure.

Bearicuda makes no warranty on any of its products or equipment used in any way except as it was designed, intended and sold for operation. Damage caused by improper use, excessive wear and tear, careless loading, unloading and handling from workers, trucks, forklifts, machines, and any source other than Bearicuda’ s employees and directly contracted workers will not be covered under this warranty. Bearicuda will not accept back trash cans under any circumstances or enclosures. Bearicuda reserves the right to send new parts to repair any malfunctions caused by a defect, for any products. Proper photos and videos will be required to help diagnose customer related issues and an evaluation will be made on how to proceed to best resolve a defective product if product is determined to have a defect. Please note that damage caused by humans or animals will not be covered under warranty.

 

NO GUARANTEE

Though BEARICUDA Bin trash cans have been rigorously tested, we cannot make with a 100% guarantee that a bear or any other animal will ever penetrate any of our cans, bins, sheds or enclosures. All animals are unpredictable and many (such as bears, squirrels, rats, mice and raccoons can be tenacious and have very sharp teeth). All our cans and enclosures have been an effective deterrent against many types of animals, which most do not penetrate our product although the product may be damaged in certain instances because this is the byproduct of having an animal penetrating your trash. Because this kind of damage can occur Bearicuda Bins, Inc will NOT refund or replace the can. Example, squirrels, rats, mice, raccoons because of the sharp teeth and after prolonged periods of time could potentially gnaw into the can where other larger animals cannot access. This is not common but must be noted because no poly can on the market today is completely impenetrable. In most cases you will find yourcan an effective deterrent for bears and many other types of varmints. Note, you must always check with your refuse and recycling company to determine any restrictions they may have for pick up.
