STEALTH 2 - Fully Automated 95-Gallon Bear and Animal Resistant Garbage Can, By Far The Best Bear Can With a 10 Year Track Record With In The Field Use.
Our Bearicuda 95-gallon Bear Can is a FULLY automated bear-resistant, attractive, curbside trash can. It is one of the only bear-resistant garbage can that automatically open reliabily when the hauler tips the can using their FULLY automated trucks when the can is lifted high over the truck and tilted at a full 180-degree angle. The lid will pop open without the driver having to leave his truck (provided it's a fully automated truck). Also, the homeowner will not have to leave the lid unlocked on trash service day.
For Semi-Automated trucks, the hauler leaves his vehicle and goes to the back of the truck, and hooks up his lifting device where the driver will need to unlock the lid by easily swiping a lever. This 95-gallon automated bear and animal resistant curbside refuse and garbage can is a cost-effective solution for neighborhood community residents looking to bear-proof their waste-management programs.
In conjunction with the Living with Wildlife Foundation and the IGBC, our 'Stealth 2' Full-Automatic 95-gallon bear-resistant trash can was proven and tested with grizzly bears. Note, Many people will find companies that claim to have Bear Proof Trash Cans but they are not actually Bear Proof as no company can make that claim under IGBC standards. However, you will find that our Bearicuda Stealth 2 bear-resistant trash can is the only product on the market that comes close to being a bear proof trash can. This trash can is also ideal for raccoons and squirrels as long as they are not chewing. Always make sure that the latching mechanism on the can is pushed down until you hear a click to ensure the latch is seated properly in the pocket. Inspect the can periodically after use by the hauler to ensure the can is functioning properly.
Stealth 2 Features:
- Save up to $15 per month b/c the trash hauler does not need to leave his vehicle to open the can.
- Features the only product on the Market with One Hand Operation, which means you can hold the trash bag in one hand while still unlocking and lifting the lid with the other.
- Bear-resistant trash can is always locked at the curb site until lifted by a collection truck, unlocks AUTOMATICALLY while being dumped, or could be MANUALLY Opened with the Swipe of a lever.
- FULLY automated, no need for trash hauler or homeowner ever to unlock the can on trash service day when the driver is using a Fully Automated Truck! A semi-automated truck, the driver will need to unlock the can by swiping the lever (very simple). Check with your hauler on which type of equipment they have so you're able to instruct the hauler accordingly.
- Rotational molded Not cheap injection molded like most competitor cans, made from LLDPE polyethylene with post-recycled content.
- Double wall molded construction for added strength on the lid and upper section of this bear resistant garbage can container.
- Bear-resistant trash can is compatible with fully and semi-automated refuse collection equipment.
- Bear Resistant Trash Can remains locked when knocked over preventing animal and wind intrusions.
- Lid and container interlock to prevent Grizzly bear attacks resulting in the container being breached.
- Lid will auto close pending on contents of what's inside can but regardless may require a slight push down on lid for lock to engage.
- Meets ANSI standards for 95-gallon containers.
- A 5-year limited warranty is the best in the industry, a 1-year warranty on the latch.
- IGBC (Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee) certified.
- Though our cans have been tested to be bear proof all bear cans are designated to be bear resistant by industry standards with the IGBC and such language needs to be communicated with the buying public. So the words bear resistant is the standard language unlike bear proof
- Our Bearicdua Bear Resistant Cans are the closest polyethyle can on the market to being bear proof but classified as bear resistant.
- If you have tried a poly can in the past and you have had experiences where an aggressive bear has breached your can try our Titan Bear Proof Can as this can will outperform all others.
- These bear-resistant trash cans are ideal as a raccoon-resistant trash and garbage cans.
- Also used as a squirrel-resistant resistant garbage can, Note these are chew-resistant, not chew-proof.
- Single can orders come fully assembled, nested can orders (multiple cans) wheels need to be popped on, easy install of wheels.
- Low to Maintenance - Periodic maintenance may need to be done on the latch during hot and cold weather conditions making slight adjustments to the latching mechanism, see proper care instructional videos.
- NEVER CHAIN DOWN GARBAGE CAN - Securing your can with a chain to a stake or some anchoring method will give the bear leverage and create certain damage to can.

Stealth 65/95 Gal. Trash Can

The trick to keeping grizzly and black bears from breaking in is a gravity-activated mechanism that keeps the lid locked if the trash can is tipped on its side. This Bear-Resistant Trash Can is also ideal as a Raccoon-Proof Trash can as well as for squirrels as long as these animals are not chewing. Squirrels and Raccoons cannot access trash but they are not chew-proof. If chewing is a concern you will need to purchase our Titan Can. The Titan is the only can that is completely chew-proof. Remember, a squirrel could possibly cause more damage than a bear if it decided to constantly chew through the plastic. These cans are Not Chew-proof! Note- Wheels and axles must be assembled on cans. Proudly made in the USA.
